The poetry entries are going to be a collection of poems I’ve written over the years. Some of them have already been published in school magazines but some of them were never read by anyone. Happy reading! * * * Disguises of the heavens Ever wondered how fascinating it is That the sky has so many masks So she can change at will In the morning she’s blue, pale like the sea The fluffs of clouds adding a touch of white A yellow ball shining at the brighter side At dusk she red, as red as fury The ball of yellow now a ball of rage Glowing brightly on the Earth’s head At night she’s dark, darker than shadows Stars sprinkled across, glowing softly The moon with a halo shining silverly Ever wondered what she hides, Disguising the heavens so?
